The Secretary General of IFRC, His Excellency Elhadj As Sy visited Ethiopia from Oct 21st -23rd 2019

Mr. As Sy paid a visit to the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Patron of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society, H.E Sahelework Zewde, to salute the great effort of Her Excellency in supporting the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.

Mr. Elhadj As Sy discussing with the chairperson of the African Union, H.E Moussa Faki Mahamat on strengthening collaboration between IFRC and AUC to address humanitarian agenda in Africa.

Visiting ERCS new building construction site and Planting tree at ERCS training center


Inaugurating  a water Project of ERCS in Oromia and visiting the crash site of Ethiopian Airline passenger jet, Boeing 737 MAX 8 with volunteers who were the first responders on the crash site.
